Stage Analysis - Selection Criteria 
Use this window to specify selection criteria for the Stage Analysis report. All closed sales opportunities can be displayed, or the report can be filtered according to certain parameters.
To open this window, choose 
Sales
Opportunities 
Sales Opportunities Reports
Stage Analysis

open it from the Reports module.
After defining the report, you can view it in the Stage Analysis window.
