Use this window to create a solution or to choose an existing solution to solve service call problems. Existing solutions provide you with information about problems reported in past service calls.
To access the window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose

Specify the item number that is the subject of the solution. A link arrow to the Item Master Data window is displayed. |
Date on which the solution was last updated and the code of the user who updated the solution; for an existing solution only. These fields are not displayed in Add mode. |
Select the status of the solution: Internal, Publish, Review, or others. To define new statuses, from the dropdown list, select Define New. The Solution Statuses – Setup window opens. You specify the name and description of the new status and update the status information. |
