Use this report to view and analyze the service calls assigned to you. The report displays open, closed, and overdue service calls. You can evaluate the priority of service calls and take any necessary action. You can also analyze your efficiency and performance.

To open the report window, choose  Service Service Reports My Service Calls . Alternatively, open it from the Reports module.

To display or remove additional fields in the report, choose (Form Settings) in the toolbar.
