This iView enables you to view all the available questionnaires for a portfolio item or for a decision point. A questionnaire is a service on an attribute of a portfolio item, in which multiple questions result in a single score. A questionnaire can also be used in a portfolio review, a phase, or the scoring model.

You navigate to the questionnaires, by choosing Portfolio Management Item Dashboard:

       1.      Select an item.

       2.      Choose Questionnaires.

       3.      Select a questionnaire. The pop-up with questions is diplayed.

A questionnaire is created by a portfolio manager within a specific bucket; and it is directly associated with a portfolio item attribute.

In this iView you can do the following:

Review a questionnaire score and the detailed original data for the option weight and question weight and weight of the answers.


       1.      Select a questionnaire

       2.      Click the score info links

Export to Excel

Click Export


Create a Questionnaire

Prior to a review, you can create a questionnaire with questions to reflect the current conditions of the company or department. To create a questionnaire, you  must do the following:

        Define categories

        Define questions and assign to categories

        Assign a possible range for the answers to restrict what the exact answer values can be.

        Weight the questions: Once the questions and their answer ranges have been created, a weight is assigned to each question. The total sum of all the weights of all the questions should equal 100%.

Use the Questionnaire

The questionnaire is only available to be scored by a single person.

The portfolio managers can select a score from a given range, for example from 0 (does not apply) to 9 (very high impact). The value ranges should be configurable by the customer.

After the portfolio managers do their rating, the questionnaire can be used in portfolio or strategic reviews.


This iView must be connected to the SAP xRPM backend system.

You have configured the field service configuration for the respective bucket.
