Process documentation Item Dependency Management  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Purpose

You can use this process to define dependencies between portfolio items with different dependency types. This allows you to get an overview of important items that have depencies to each other.

 

Prerequisites

You have created items.

 

Process Flow

       1.      As the project manager, you create a new dependency.

       2.      You define which item depends on the current item and the item(s) the current item is depending on by entering the required data.

       3.      In the Dependency Overview view, you can see an overview of all dependent items.

       4.      You can display detailed information about the dependencies for each item.

 

Result

You have an overview about items that have dependencies between each other.
