Project Roles 

Use

This iView displays the cProjects project role information when the portfolio item is linked to a cProjects project. When the item is not linked to a cProjects project, the iView displays the cProjects start page.

Prerequisites

You have configured the cProjects system in the back end. You have also configured the corresponding system in the SAP Enterprise Portal.

To do this, you have taken the following steps:

       1.      Log on to the SAP Enterprise Portal.

       2.      Navigate to System Administration → System Configuration → System Landscape.

       3.      Under Browse → Portal Content → Systems, create a new system for SAP cProjects.

In the Object view, you can set the fields as follows:

Field	Setting
Group	Dependent on type of system being configured
Logical System Name	Dependent on type of system being configured
Message Server	Dependent on type of system being configured
Remote Host Type	3
SAP Client	Dependent on type of system being configured
Logon Method	SAPLOGONTICKET
SAP System ID (SID)	Dependent on type of system being configured
Server Port	Dependent on type of system being configured
System Type	SAP_R3
ITS Host Name	Dependent on type of system being configured
ITS Path	Dependent on type of system being configured
ITS Protocol	Dependent on type of system being configured
Web AS Description	Dependent on type of system being configured
Web AS Host Name	Dependent on type of system being configured
Web AS Path	Dependent on type of system being configured
Web AS Protocol	Dependent on type of system being configured

       4.      In the System Aliases view, set the system alias SAP_RPM for the system you created in step 3.
