Authorizations can be set explicitly in six different places in cFolders.

For objects in a particular status |
Overrides all other authorizations. For example, if you have write authorization for a document but according to the status profile, you only have read authorization for the document in the status "New", you cannot change the document when it has this status. The object authorization in the status profile has priority. |
