You can use this process to simulate changes in the budget assignment or resource assignment and find out what the impact is on the respective items.
You can see the result of the simulation in the reporting cockpit, such as the reviewed items.
You use what-if scenarios to support your decisions. For example to decide whether a project will be continued or stopped, whether the budget should be changed, or how the item should be prioritized.
You have created a review with at least two items.
1. You create a what-if scenario and enter the data.
2. The system displays in the scoreboard the scores for scoring models for each item included in the review.
3. The system displays in the What-If Scenarios view an overview of all what-if scenarios.
You have created a what-if scenario for a review to find out where to add more or less budget or resources.
