Definition

cFolders is based on an area and folder matrix. An area is a virtual view of the collaboration that is designed for a particular participant.

Every collaboration has a public area that is automatically created when you create the collaboration.

Use

In a collaborative scenario you are in the public area. Since it is the only area in this scenario, it is not shown in the tree structure. The collaboration is started in the public area. You also start processing for all objects in the collaboration from here.

There are two types of areas in a competitive scenario, a public area for the initiator of the collaboration and work areas for the bidders.
