Here, you can display the structure of the portfolio with its buckets. To navigate to this view, choose Portfolio Management. Then choose Portfolio Structure of Buckets in the navigation panel.
You can update an existing bucket by selecting it from the bucket list displayed.

The triangles at the bottom of the displayed list facilitate scrolling. The three triangles pointing down help scroll down one row at a time, one page at a time and to the last page, respectively. The three triangles pointing up perform the same function for scrolling upwards. The triangles will be inactive if total number of rows fit within one page. |

You can toggle the button at the top right corner, between hierarchical list display and flat format. Hierarchical view is the default display format. |

To search for a bucket |
Sort and filter the displayed buckets to search for a specific bucket object. |

You can sort the bucket list by columns. Click the heading of the column to sort the list in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order. |

Filter |
The first row is used for filtering the bucket list. Enter a string of characters to filter the buckets containing the string. Enter search strings in multiple columns to narrow the search results. Special characters are not permitted. |
The first column of each row has a checkbox which is used for selecting the portfolio in that row.
· To select a single portfolio structure of buckets or a bucket from a list, click on the corresponding checkbox.
· To select multiple buckets, hold down the Ctrl key and click the checkboxes corresponding to the portfolios.
· To select a block of buckets, hold down the ShftT key and check the first and last portfolio of the block.
