cFolders is based on an area and folder matrix. An area is a virtual view of the collaboration that is designed for a particular participant.
There are two types of area in a competitive scenario, a public area for the initiator of the collaboration and work areas for the bidders.
Work areas are the environments where your partners are active.
You can create any number of work areas. When you create a work area it is an exact copy of the public area. The only exception is the authorizations. Authorizations must be assigned manually. Objects (with the exception of folders) that you create in the public area after creating a work area are not copied to the work area automatically. Any object created or deleted in the public area after a work area has been created must be manually copied or deleted in the work area.
