Maintaining a Collaboration 

Use

You can maintain a collaboration only in the cFolders system, and not in cProjects.

Prerequisites

·        You have a user in a cFolders system.

·        You have created or assigned a collaboration.

·        You are in the detail view of a project on the Collaborations tab page.

Procedure

       1.      In the structure tree select the project element of the collaboration you want to maintain.

       2.      Select the collaboration you want to maintain.

       3.      Log on to the system, if necessary.

       4.      Maintain the collaboration. For more information, see Design Collaboration with cFolders.
