You use the resource search function to find suitable and available project resources.
· As search criteria, the search function uses all data required for the search from the project role. The search criteria can be changed in the search function without changing the attributes of the project role itself.
· To be able to check availability, you require the Workforce Management Core (WFM Core) as an AddOn or connected as an external system.
· You created project roles in the Resources tab page of the Projects initial screen. For more information, see Project Roles and Creating a Project Role.
· From the Projects initial view, choose the Resources tab page, then Find Resource. When on the Resources initial view you can perform searches that are not based on projects. For more information, see Project-Independent Search.
· When using the Staffing Process, Candidate Managers choose the role from the worklist on the Worklist tab to launch a resource search. For more information, see Staffing Process.
