Here you can simultaneously update specific attributes of multiple items. You access the Mass Update view from a feature in the Item Dashboard.
The table displays the list of items selected in the previous screen.

The item type is displayed. This field cannot be modified. |

Bucket Name |

The system displays the name of bucket within which the item has been created. |
To navigate, use the following:
Search for a specific item object |
Sort |
Sort the Item list by columns. Click the heading of the column to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order. |
Filter |
The first row is for filtering the item list. Enter a string of characters to filter the items containing the string. Enter search strings in multiple columns to narrow the search results. Special characters are not permitted. |

The triangles at the bottom of the displayed list facilitate scrolling. The three triangles pointing down help scroll down one row at a time, one page at a time and to the last page, respectively. The three triangles pointing up perform the same function for scrolling upwards. |

Here you can export list of select items to Microsoft Excel.. 1. Select the items from the list 2. Click Export to Microsoft Excel to access the Export view. 3. Click TableData.xls. |
Click Save to save the changes and continue with updates.
The first column of each row has a checkbox which is used for selecting the Item in that row.
· To select a single item from a list, click on the corresponding checkbox.
· To select multiple items, hold down the CTRL key and click the checkboxes corresponding to the Items.
· To select a block of items, hold down the SHIFT key and check the first and last Item of the block.
