Features
This Web template-based iView enables you to get an overview of staffing requirements (demand), staffing assignments (allocation), and availability by month in both chart and tabular format.
The default settings are as follows:
· The chart displays the months on the x axis and the demand, allocation, and availability on the y axis with all available project categories, project subcategories, global roles, and time periods.
· The table displays the months in the rows and the demand, allocation, and availability in the columns with all available project categories, project subcategories, global roles, and time periods.
In addition, you can filter displayed information by selecting values from the dropdown lists and selection lists.

Since data from SAP NetWeaver BI is not updated in real time, any changes you make to the details of a project are not immediately visible. The time of the last data upload to SAP NetWeaver BI is displayed in the upper right corner of each SAP NetWeaver BI report.
Integration
This iView displays data from the associated SAP NetWeaver BI system. For information about the SAP NetWeaver BI system, see the Administration page of the portal.
Prerequisites
· You have installed BI Content.
· If you want to extract data from the SAP xRPM system, you need SAP Web Application Server 7.0 (SP5) with SAP PI_BASIS 2005_1_700 or higher.
· You have activated DataSources in your SAP xRPM system and installed BI Content in your SAP NetWeaver BI system, by transferring and activating the roles SAP_BW_RPM_PORTFOLIO_MANAGER and SAP_BW_RPM_RESOURCE_MANAGER from the standard BI content.
· You have loaded the required data into the InfoCube 0RPM_C02 (Capacity Management).
