Features

In this iView, you can view the data for simulated and original items in the form of dashboards.

You navigate to this view by choosing Item Management, click Reviews, select one review, click What-if Scenarios, select one scenario, and then click Item Dashboard in the left navigation panel.

This function is not delivered by default.

If you click the item name in the Simulated Items dashboard, the simulated item details appear. If you click the item name in the Original Items dashboard, the original item details appear. You can export the data to Microsoft Excel.

·        You can modify more than one item by using the mass update functions of both the dashboards.

·        You can click an item name to drill down to the portfolio item details.

·        You can display or hide the Original Items dashboard, by selecting the Show: Original Items indicator.

·        The columns shown in the tables depend on the configuration settings for the dashboard.

Prerequisites

You have enhanced the default configuration in Customizing, by choosing SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) → Global Customizing → Process and Service Settings → Define Navigation.
