Function documentation Reporting Cockpit (Bucket)  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

This reporting cockpit is located in the portfolio management context. This reporting cockpit displays charts and tables for the current bucket.

You navigate to this Reporting Cockpit, by choosing Portfolio Management. Click Portfolio Structure of Buckets, select one portfolio bucket, then click the Reporting Cockpit link. This opens the Reporting Cockpit (Bucket) screen.

Prerequisites

You have specified the cockpit pattern under Administration Custom Configuration, by choosing Cockpit Pattern in the Pattern field and StrucAnalytics in the View/Edit Configuration field. Then you clicked Load.

Features

You can view and use graphical and table representations of the schedule, risk reward, and expected commercial value. Each of these has its own expandable tray.

Tray navigation:

·        To expand all trays, click the overlapping triangles icon pointing down, at the top right.

·        To collapse all trays, click the overlapping triangles icon pointing up, at the top right.

·        To expand/collapse individual trays, click the icon at the top right of respective tray.

For any graph or chart, you can:

      Use the magnifying glass icon with a plus sign to magnify the graph/chart.

      Use the magnifying glass icon with a minus sign to reduce the graph/chart.

 

In a table, you can do the following:

Search for a Item

Sort

Sort the item list by columns. Click the heading of the column to sort in ascending order. Click again to sort in descending order.

Filter

The first row is for filtering the tem list. Enter a string of characters to filter the items containing the string. Enter search strings in multiple columns to narrow the search results. Special characters are not permitted

View/Edit Item Settings

Click the name of the item to open the item and see Item Overview.

Navigate

Scroll

The triangles at the bottom of the displayed list facilitate scrolling. The three triangles pointing down help scroll down one row at a time, one page at a time and to the last page, respectively. The three triangles pointing up perform the same function for scrolling upwards. These triangles are inactive if all Items fit within a page.

Export to Excel

Export to Microsoft Excel (right top corner above the list)

Here you can export list of select collections to Microsoft Excel.

       1.      Select the items from the list

       2.      Click Export to Microsoft Excel to access the Export view.

       3.      Click TableData.xls.

Select the Items

The first column of each row has a checkbox which is used for selecting the Item in that row.

      To select a single item from a list, click the corresponding checkbox.

      To select multiple items, hold down the CTRL key and click the checkboxes corresponding to the items.

      To select a block of items, hold down the SHIFT key and check the first and last item of the block.
