Function documentation Resource Pools  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

Here, you can have a quick overview of all existing resource pools. You can search and select the resource pool with which you want to work. You can also create a new resource pool.

To navigate to this view, choose Administration. Then choose Resource Pools.

Steps

To create a new resource pool

Click Create New.

To search for a resource pool

Here you can sort and filter the displayed resource pools to locate a resource pool.

Sort

You can sort the resource pool list by columns. Click the heading of the column to sort the list in ascending order.  Click the heading again to sort in descending order.

Filter

The first row is for filtering. Enter a string of characters to filter the resource pools containing the string. Enter search strings in multiple columns to narrow the search results. Special characters are not permitted.

To work with an existing resource pool

Click the name of the resource pool in the list that is displayed. The name is the link to the Resource Pool Overview view.

Delete resource pool

Select the pool(s) to be deleted.

Choose Delete.

The triangles at the bottom of the displayed list facilitate scrolling. The three triangles pointing down help scroll down one row at a time, one page at a time and to the last page, respectively. The three triangles pointing up perform the same function for scrolling upwards.

Export to Excel

Export to Excel (right top corner above the list)

Here you can export list of select collections to Microsoft Excel.

       1.      Select the items from the list

       2.      Click Export to Microsoft Excel to access the Export view.

       3.      Click TableData.xls.
