Features

This iView allows you to view a list of collections.

You can access this screen as follows:

·        For a list of all the collections in a portfolio :

...

                            a.      Click Portfolio Management.

                            b.      Click Collections.

●      For a list of all the collections in a bucket:

...

                            a.      Click Portfolio Management.

                            b.      Click Portfolio Structure of Buckets.

                            c.      Choose a bucket.

                            d.      From the item dashboard, click Collections.

Features of the collections dashboard include:

●      Display of collections in the given context

●      Jump to creation, by choosing Create New

●      Deletion of collections, by choosing Delete

●      Jump to collection details by clicking a row in the first table

●      Display of all items in the collection in the second table by selecting a row in the first table.

Prerequisites

●      The iView must be connected to the backend system.

●      Authorization to manage bucket objects is handled in the backend system.
