Features

This iView allows you to view or edit an existing collection.

Features of the collection overview allows you:

·         Add and remove items

·         Add and remove users

·         Add comments

·         Add custom labels

·         Populate common manipulations fields (name, description, resource unit, and currency).

You navigate to this iView as follows:

●      Choose Portfolio Management. Then click Collections. Choose a collection.

●      Click Portfolio Management. Then click Portfolio Structure of Buckets. Choose a bucket containing at least one collection. Click Collections. Choose a collection.

Prerequisites

·         This iView must be connected to the backend system.

·         Authorization to manage bucket objects is handled in the backend system.
