Features

Here, you can search portfolio items or resources based on specified criteria by performing a simple search or an advanced search.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Administration. In the Search iView in the left hand area, click Advanced Search.

To perform a simple search:

...

       1.      Enter a name in the Name field.

       2.      Select an object type in the Within dropdown list box.

       3.      Choose Search.

To perform an advanced search:

...

       1.      Choose Advanced Search.

       2.      Select an object type in the Within dropdown list box.

       3.      Choose Show advanced search.

       4.      Select the parameters in the Based on drop down list box to narrow the search.

       5.      Enter your values in the respective parameter fields.

       6.      Choose Search.

The match result returned by the search is displayed in a table.

Integration

On selecting a portfolio item or resource in the search result table, this iView opens a window to render a portfolio item overview or a resource overview.
