Features

This iView allows you to create a new portfolio object.

You navigate to this iView by choosing Portfolio Management → Administration.Choose Portfolios. Choose Create New.

When you add users to the authorizations table, the buckets in this portfolio inherit the users. If you want, you can manually remove any of the authorizations for single users in the bucket.

A portfolio must exist before you can create a bucket or an item. A portfolio is superordinate in the hierarchy of portfolios, buckets and items. You must create a bucket in a portfolio. You can create an item in either a portfolio or in a bucket within a portfolio.

When you have selected the portfolio type from the drop down list, the following trays are visible:

·        General Information: You can display or enter general portfolio data and portfolio object descriptions

·        Authorizations: You can display or manage portfolio object authorizations for this instance.

Prerequisites

·         The iView must be connected to the backend system.

·         Authorization to manage portfolio objects is handled in the backend system.
