Definition

Information stores that describe objects such as technical drawings, graphics, programs, or text documents.

Use

You can assign documents to each project element. You can structure the documents in document folders. You can use templates to create documents.

·         You cannot make any changes if you opened a snapshot.

Structure

A document consists of the following elements:

·        Document data, for example, document name, document description, or document status

·        File data, for example, file name, file type, or file size
