This view allows you to create a single new item object. Items must be created in a bucket at the lowest level of a hierarchy. A bucket and an item cannot co-exist in the same bucket.
· You have selected an existing bucket in the first view of Create New Item(Select Bucket).
· You have selected that you want to create a single item.
· You have chosen the item type from the dropdown list.
● To expand/collapse all trays: Click the overlapping triangles icon at the top right.
● To expand/collapse individual trays: click the icon at the top right of respective tray.
● To create the item, provide information in the steps below. The first three steps contain mandatory fields.
Here, you are required to provide information about the item in the fields described below.

Here, you can add and remove users and change their authorizations to access the item. The user creating the item is automatically added with administration rights.

1. Check appropriate boxes under Admin, Owner, Read or Write.
2. Click the icon to at the top right corner of the tray to display the description of each authorization.
3. To view the inherited user list, choose Show/Hide users with inherited authorizations.
This is an optional field. Here, you may add comments relevant to the item. The box on the right displays the comments log.
Set this indicator if you wish to have this item included in the list of escalated items.
The date picker displays the
monthly calendar. To invoke the date picker, click calendar icon next to a
date field, or choose F4 while the cursor is in the date field.
To scroll forward or backwards one month at a time, click the right or left
triangle at the top. Double click a date to select it. Click anywhere else on
the screen to exit the date picker without making any selection.
