Features

You can use this iView to get an overview of all existing versions of a given portfolio item.

You navigate to this iView, by choosing Portfolio Management → Portfolio Management. In the item dashboard, select an item. Then choose Version History in the navigation panel.

This iView allows you to:

·        Display the list of versions that you have created for the current portfolio item

·        Navigate to Version Details.

·        Personalize the configuration of the version history table. If you choose the Personalize function, you can change the configuration of the version list. For example, you can show or hide certain columns in the table.

·        Export a version to Microsoft Excel by using the Export to Microsoft Excel function

Prerequisites

You have configured the version history, and entered the configuration name as the iView parameter.
