This function allows you to view the data that is in the database. You can pick a table, the columns of the table to view and you can even narrow down the search using a search criteria.

The Columns to Include In Query field: After selecting the table to view a list of the columns in that table will appear in the Columns to include in query list.

If you want the data from a column to be retrieved make sure the checkbox next to the column name has been checked.

If you do not want to view the data from a column click the checkbox next to the column name until the checkbox is unchecked.

In the example above, the employee table has been selected for viewing. Data from all columns except the storenum column will be retrieved.

If you click Deselect All, all column checkboxes become unchecked and the Deselect All button becomes the Select All button.

If you click Select All, all column checkboxes become checked and the Select All button becomes the Deselect All button.
