The Xpress server debug function allows you to create debug logs at the application, trickle, SQL, and communications levels.
To create Xpress server debug logs:
Open the Xpress server window, and click the Debug
tab.
In the Application Level
field, click to select the level of consolidation messages to display (the default setting is 0-Standard
).
In the Trickle Level
field, click to select the level of trickle messages to display (the default setting is 0-None
).
In the SQL Level
field, click to select the level of SQL messages to display (the default setting is None
).
In the Communications Level
field, click to select the level of communications messages to display (the default setting is None
).
Click to check the SQL Monitor
box if you want to display the current SQL message in the queue; the current SQL function will appear in the adjacent field.
In the Stored Procedure
field, select a procedure to run, if desired.
If you want to purge disk and file handling usage information, click Log Memory Dump
.
Click Apply
