Store Manager includes two windows that provide you with information for troubleshooting your POS system. They are:
Server State Information
window
Server Message Log
window.
Note
You cannot edit the information in these windows.
To open the Server State Information
window:
On the Main Menu, click Server State
.
The Server State Information
window displays the store information and the server connection information.
To open the Server Log
window:
On the Server State Information
window, click Setup Log
.
You can view and/or save the log. Click the View Log
check box to display the Server Log
window.
Click the Save Log
check box to save the log file.
Click OK
.
