The Inventory Accumulator/Bucket Movement feature allows you to identify the transactions that have an impact on inventory levels as well as the inventory buckets that are increased and decreased by these transactions.

 

You can use the Inventory Accumulator/Bucket Movement feature to keep track of inventory levels when items are moved from one inventory category to another.

Description

Action ID

Identifies a transaction that has an impact on inventory

Sub Action ID

A sub action ID can be specified for Pending Transaction action codes. These are action IDs 3, 4, and 5.

Sub action IDs identify the pending transaction that impacts inventory. When set, configuration can show the allocation of inventory to different buckets according to the type of pending transaction.

Note Note

Sub action IDs are not specified for Sale or Return/Exchange action IDs 1, 2.
