This release of SAP POS has been enhanced to allow the retailer to enable an option to have an authorization request require a second supervisor sign on to the POS when the currently signed on supervisor attemps to perform an action that requires a supervisor authorization. This enhancement provides additional loss prevention controlAuthorization.
Effects on Configuration
To enable this feature, select Register Parameters
from the Terminal
tab of the Configurator, then select the Secure Supervisor Auth:
checkbox in the Authorization Level
section
of the Min/Max Digits
tab.
