Place files in the parm subdirectory.

Store Manager application: Place the file in the parm subdirectory of the Xpress Server. You must have a Store Manager Deluxe license to use this option.

R – Regular Bucket

T – Total Bucket

3 Inventory Bucket ID *

Decimal 1.0

Bucket ID. Note that T – Total buckets have their own sequence of IDs. For example, there can be two bucket ID’s set to 1; one of R – Regular type and one of T – Total type.

R – Regular Bucket ID = 1 must represent quantities available for sale. This bucket ID is mandatory.

4 Description *

6 Is Accumulative *

String 1

Y/N

Y – Maintain accumulator for the bucket.

N – No accumulator is kept. This bucket is used for choice lists only.

7 Keep History *

Y/N

Y – Keep history records for this bucket.

N – Do not keep history records for this bucket.

8 Total Bucket ID *

Decimal 1.0

Accumulate to this total bucket ID. Must be a valid “Total” type bucket ID. Field 2 Type must be set to T – Total.

9 POS Information Position in Price Inquiry Function *

Decimal 1.0

Numeric indicating the position that this information is to be displayed when a Price Inquiry is run at the POS (for example, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th position). A value of zero indicates that the counter will not be displayed at the POS.

10 Count Type *

Character 1

Indicates the “count” type of the bucket.

C – The bucket can be counted.

A – The bucket cannot be counted but its quantity may be adjusted.

N – The bucket cannot be counted nor adjusted.
