Policy: Policy Lines
These options allow you to define the text that applies to the policy description. For example, the company policies regarding returns, refunds and exchanges, and layaways.
Structure
You can define up to 15 lines of text for each policy description. The policy lines print on the receipt when the transaction characteristics match the policy parameters.
To control printing or embed values, such as the store number or register number into the receipt, you can use the following special values in the text lines:
