Quantity Level Pricing

Quantity and level pricing parameters are used to create a comprehensive price matrix for a PLU item.

To ensure that the system applies quantity and level pricing schemes successfully for each defined PLU item, set the Level and Quantity fields in the PLU file first.

In the PLU Quantity/Level Pricing Maintenance screen, you can do the following:

Use the scroll bar to select the PLU item to which you apply the quantity or level settings.
Select each required tax structure for the PLU item.
Add a new level price to an existing quantity/level definition by inserting a new line to the record and providing the required information.

Details
Screen Element	Description
Store	Store that this quantity/level definition applies to. 9999 is the default Id for all stores.
PLU	PLU item that this quantity/level definition applies to
Desc	Description for the quantity/level definition. When you enter the PLU number, the system displays it in the left panel dialogue box, and fills the Desc field with the default description from the PLU file.
Retail Price	Retail price for the selected PLU item
Qty No	The quantity of the PLU item required to qualify for the quantity/level pricing scheme
Level No	Price level
