Procedure

The aolCustAttributes field in the Customer Database Profile defines whether the list of customer attributes is displayed or printed at the POS. To allow a cashier to update or edit the information at the POS, you need to ensure that aolCustAttributes appears as an available field.

  1. On the POS Configuration Menu screen, choose Administration.

  2. Choose Customer.

  3. Choose Customer Database Profiles.

  4. Open the record for the relevant customer database.

  5. Ensure that aolCustAttributes appears in the list of database fields.
