Description

Backdoor Window Security Only

Y - Yes. Allows you to use a backdoor logon ID to log onto the Store Manager application.

N - No. Prohibits the use of a backdoor logon ID. This is the default.

Label Provider

Episys - Not currently in use.

TMX - This is the default.

Use Employee Profiles

Y - Yes. Adds the Profiles and Positions tabs in the Employee Maintenance window.

N - No. Does not add the Profiles and Positions tabs in the Employee Maintenance window. This is the default.

Promotions Effective Date Mode

DTL - Displays promotions detail dates only.

BOTH - Displays both the header dates and the detail dates. This is the default.

Use Register Parameters Refund Rules

Y - Yes. Enables the display of the Refund Rules tab on the Register Parameters window in the Configurator.

N - No. The Refund Rules tab in the Register Parameters window in the Configurator is not visible.

PLU Breakdown by User Flag

0 - Do not use User Flag in the PLU Breakdown report criteria.

1 - Use User Flag 1 in the PLU Breakdown report criteria. This is the default.

2 - Use User Flag 2 in the PLU Breakdown report criteria.

3 - Use User Flag 3 in the PLU Breakdown report criteria.

4 - Use User Flag 4 in the PLU Breakdown report criteria.

5 - Use User Flag 5 in the PLU Breakdown report criteria.

6 - Use User Flag 6 in the PLU Breakdown report criteria.

Allow Deactivated Employees

Y - Yes. Allows you to deactivate an employee record instead of deleting the entire record. For example, if an employee logs clock in information but does not log clock out information, then the manager can deactivate the employee instead of deleting the entire employee record.

Note Note

If there are no blank clock out entries, the employee record is deleted permanently if the manager attempts to delete this record, regardless of this flag’s setting.

N - No. Deletes an entire record when you delete an employee record. This is the default.

Use Bulk Payroll Entry

Y - Yes. Allows the use of bulk entries in the Clock In/Out Detail Maintenance window.

N - No. Prohibits the use of bulk entries in the Clock In/Out Detail Maintenance window. This is the default.

View Customer X-Reference

Y - Yes. Displays a X-Reference tab in the Customer Maintenance window.

N - No. The Customer Maintenance window will not display a X-Reference tab. This is the default.

Numeric Key Plus Emulates Tab

Y - Yes. Makes the + key on a numeric key pad function as a Tab key.

N - No. The + key on a numeric key pad remains unchanged (functions as the + key). This is the default.

Customer First Name Mandatory

Y - Yes. Defines the First Name field in the Customer Maintenance window as a mandatory field. This is the default.

N - No. Defines the First Name field in the Customer Maintenance window as an optional field.

Show Only Employees for This Store

Y - Yes. Shows only those employees for the current store in the Employee Selection window. This is the default.

N - No. Shows all employees in the Employee Selection window.

Auditing Enabled

Y - Yes. Enables audit mode for employee records. This is the default.

N - No. Disables audit mode for employee records.

Calendar Begins on Weekday

1 - The calendar displays Sunday as the first day of the week. This is the default.

2 - The calendar displays Monday as the first day of the week.

3 - The calendar displays Tuesday as the first day of the week.

4 - The calendar displays Wednesday as the first day of the week.

5 - The calendar displays Thursday as the first day of the week.

6 - The calendar displays Friday as the first day of the week.

7 - The calendar displays Saturday as the first day of the week.
