Lookups
To configure customer lookups, define your customer profiles and create customer functions. Customer lookup functions define customer functions parameters; without enabling these parameters, the POS terminal cannot trigger the lookup function.
Note
If you require your POS terminal operators to have the ability to perform a customer lookup without a triggering function, such as a return or item sell function, then you must assign a menu option with a customer function. For more information about assigning menu options, see Menus.
