Procedure

This procedure sets up a message about redeeming a customer’s loyalty points which is displayed at the beginning of their transaction.

  1. On the POS Configuration Menu screen, chooseTransaction Functions.

  2. Choose Manager POS Functions.

  3. Highlight record 190 - “Regular Sale” and then choose Open.

  4. Choose Data Capture.

  5. Choose the Customer Database Profile drop-down list and select Default Profile.

  6. Choose the Prompt Profile drop-down list, and select Cust Info.

  7. Choose Save, and then choose Close.
