Procedure

You can configure your POS to perform a lookup on the Allegiance database. The lookup can be launched by scanning or entering any of the following information: frequent shopper card number or customer telephone number. To access the Allegiance customer database, you must do the following:

  • Enable the Allegiance Database component.

  • Set the Allegiance parameters in the Code Maintenance table.

  • Set up the Customer Database Type in the Customer Database Management table.

  • Set the Customer Database Option.

  • Define the Customer Database Profile.

  • Set the Customer Database Profile in the manager code table.
