You can configure your POS to perform a lookup on the Allegiance database. The lookup can be launched by scanning or entering any of the following information: frequent shopper card number or customer telephone number. To access the Allegiance customer database, you must do the following:
Enable the Allegiance Database component.
Set the Allegiance parameters in the Code Maintenance table.
Set up the Customer Database Type in the Customer Database Management table.
Set the Customer Database Option.
Define the Customer Database Profile.
Set the Customer Database Profile in the manager code table.
