Employees must have a record in the employee database to use the POS. Employee records contain personal information on an employee as well as the following information:
Login information
Discount privileges
Salary information
POS user profile
Authority level
You can create an employee record in the Configurator and send it down to a single store or to all stores. You can also create or modify employee records at the store level in the Store Manager application.

Allows this cashier to be assigned cash drawers on multiple registers in the store at the same time (a cashier can not be assigned to multiple cash drawers on the same register). The default restricts a cashier to one cash drawer on one register in the store at the same time. |
