Extended customer fields are user-defined fields used to keep additional customer or PLU information. The information is stored in a customer database located on the POS Server.
Note
Data captured through extended fields does not affect the POS customer database. You create extended fields in the Configurator application, but they are populated in the Store Manager application. When you have defined a new extended field definition, you must convert files in the Configurator application to download them to the Store Manager application.
You create a new extended field definition by entering information in the following fields as required.
