Procedure

The list box at the upper left of the window is a list of the available drives and directories. To change the current drive/directory use the mouse pointer to double click over the drive/directory desired. The title of the window changes as each drive/directory is selected to indicate the current drive/directory.

The list box will change to reflect the available selections for the current drive/directory. To move back up the directory tree select the parent directory ‘[..]’. The list box at the upper right of the window is a list of the available export file formats. Select the file format required.
