Drop Down Maintenance

You use Drop Down Maintenance to define options for a set of supported data fields. Supported data fields are presented as a drop down list on their respective Configurator screen.

Structure

Screen Element	Description
Field Name	This is the data field on a Configurator screen where a drop down list is shown to allow you to select options from a configurable list. Supported data fields include: Increase Reason — Employee Maintenance Status Reason — Employee Maintenance Home/Borrowed — Employee Maintenance Job Code — Employee Maintenance Performance Review Rating — Employee Maintenance Currency — Tender Setup, Store Maintenance
Identifier	Alpha-numeric identifier of an option on the drop down list for a specified Field Name. The Identifier can be up to 20 characters.
Description	Description of the option.
