User Defined Transaction: Fees

The User Defined Transaction options allow you to configure nonsale transactions such as data entry or payment transactions that can be carried out at the POS.

You use the User Defined Transaction Fees options to configure fees for the user defined transaction, such as a dispensing fee for prescription drugs.

Fee Amount	Dollar amount of the fee
Fee Description	Description of the fee
Fee Type	You can choose from the following options in the dropdown list: None Once Always Note This option only works when the Allow Modify option is not selected. End of the note.
Allow Modify	Allows the fee to be modified at the POS

Fee Applicable to Taxes
Screen Element	Description
Fee Applicable To Taxes	Indicates the taxes that the fee may be subject to. Select all relevant taxes in the list.
