Analysis Services (SQL Server)

PowerDesigner allows you to retrieve and generate Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Analysis Server (SSAS) cubes using the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services add-in. You must have installed the SQL Server 2005 Management Tools client component.

To enable analysis services in PowerDesigner, select Start of the navigation path Tools Next navigation step General Options End of the navigation path , click the Add-ins category, select the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services add-in (PowerDesigner.AddIn.Pdm.SQLServer.dll), and then click OK to install it and return to the model.
