Selecting Component Views  

In this step, you select the underlying component view.

You can select and configure multiple component views one after the other. The configuration settings that are generated are grouped in the same configuration scenario.

The selected component view is displayed as an interactive graphic.

●      Application components are displayed as vertical columns Third-party components are displayed with a partner icon ()

●      Actions of the process integration scenario are displayed as rectangles.

●      Connections for the message exchange are displayed as arrows

When you click an element in the interactive graphic, an editor is opened in which you can make the necessary assignments. 

Prerequisites

You have called the model configurator, selected the Process Integration Scenario (Classic) option, and have selected a process integration scenario.

Procedure

In the Component View dropdown list box in the graphical editor, select the component view that you want to configure.

To display all available component views (that belong to the process integration scenario) in a preview, choose Select Component View ()

Note that by selecting a new component view, all configuration settings made in the current component view will be lost.
