You can translate language-specific texts that you have created with the object editor or the HTML editor.
For the display language of an object, you can select the original language and any other languages for which there is a translation and that are permitted for target languages for translations.
...
1. Open the object editor and select change mode. To do this, choose <Object Type> → Display/Edit in the object editor menu.
2. Choose <Object Type> → Display Translations.
The translation editor opens.
3. The language-specific text elements are displayed in a table. For each text element, a key and the text in the source and target language are displayed.
You can show or hide table columns. To do this, choose Settings.
If a target language is not displayed, choose Add New Language (pushbutton).
4. In the Source field, define the source language (dropdown list box).
5. Select the line for the text element to be translated in the table, and enter the text in the target language in the Target field.
6. Continue.
You can also translate texts directly in the cells of the translation dialog table. Use the separate Source and Target fields underneath the table if you want to translate texts that are too long to be displayed completely in the table.
Ensure that this option is only available when the connection to the HMTL editor is set up for objects of the software component version.
