Getting Feeds

ABAP Developer Tools offers you a variety of feeds from the ABAP repository, including these:

• ABAP Runtime Errors and Short Dumps (errors that result in abnormal termination of program execution and in the creation of an ABAP short dump, for problem analysis)
• System messages (transaction SM02 messages - ABAP system announcements, such as notices of an impending shutdown)
• Checking Quality of ABAP Code with ATC findings. The ATC feed provides you access to findings in the active ATC result. One may restrict to findings by various filter criteria, as for example the priority or the contact person. The default settings for the filter criteria restrict to findings to the one you are contact person for.
• URI creation error messages. This feed is intended for developers of ADT tools. The feed reports on errors in mapping the URIs of ADT REST requests to requests against the ABAP Workbench. Such errors, should they occur, can be difficult to diagnose without the notice provided by this feed.
