Creating Supply Functions

You can create Supply Functions in a View controller or Component controller.

Procedure

1. In the Project Explorer view, access the required Web Dynpro component.
2. Expand the Web Dynpro component.
3. Select the required controller.
   Note

   Open a View controller editor or a Component controller editor to create a Supply Function.

4. Click the Methods page.
5. Click Add Supply Function.

   The New Supply Function wizard is displayed.

6. Enter a name and description.
7. Click Finish.

   The Supply Function is created.

   Note

   You can modify the characteristics of a Supply Function from the Supply Function Details section.

8. In the File menu, click Save.
9. Activate the Web Dynpro component. For information about activation, see Activating Web Dynpro Components.
