Deleting a Folder without CheckingLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can delete folders even if they still contain information objects.

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the Knowledge Warehouse in processing mode Change.

You have authorization to delete folders.

Procedure
Caution

There is no check whether the information objects are still being used. Only use this procedure if you are sure that the folder with the information objects can be deleted.

  1. Mark the folder to be deleted in the Favorites.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Folder Next navigation step Delete Without Check End of the navigation path.

    Confirm or terminate the operation in the next dialog box.

  3. Choose Yes.

Result

The folder is deleted from the Knowledge Warehouse and removed from the Favorites.
