Exporting Process Details from SAP NetWeaver AdministrationLocate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

You must have NWA_SUPERADMIN role assigned to you.

Context

You use this procedure to gather details of a process from restricted locations. This provides you with information that can be shared with the SAP Support to analyze errors, faced while executing the process.

Procedure

  1. Access https://<servername>:<Port>/nwa and log on to SAP NetWeaver Administration.
  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Operations Next navigation step Processes and Tasks Next navigation step Manage Processes End of the navigation path.
  3. Select the process instance whose details you want to export.
  4. Choose Export Process Detail .
  5. In the File Download dialog box, choose Save to select the folder where you want to store your zip archive file.
    Note

    You can also directly open the file by choosing Open .
